Karim Israwi is a dedicated healthcare professional and advocate for children and families affected by cancer and blood disorders. As the Manager of a Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic, and now Board Director, he works closely with patients and families throughout their treatment journeys, helping ensure they feel supported both inside and outside the clinic.

Karim joined Camp UOTS as a counselor in 2023, where he has had the opportunity to connect with many of these children beyond the medical setting. Camp allows him to see them not as patients, but simply as kids—building friendships, gaining confidence, and creating unforgettable memories.

His work in pediatric oncology and his time at Camp UOTS share the same purpose: supporting these kids, celebrating their resilience, and giving them every opportunity to thrive.
