Lambros Katsoufis
Lambros Katsoufis first came to Camp UOTS in 1999, invited to spend a week having fun, playing games, and caring for a few dozen pediatric oncology patients. He arrived with no expectations beyond a commitment to a fun-filled week, but the children he met changed his life and helped him discover one of his greatest passions in Camp UOTS—a passion he has pursued ever since.
Over more than two decades, he has been dedicated to developing and expanding the camp’s services and mobilizing a team of extraordinarily generous volunteers. Lambros draws on his legal and business background and extensive experience with nonprofits, including co-founding a small charter school in Miami in 2002 and helping guide its growth into one of the leading K–12 public schools in the city. For both the school and Camp UOTS, he dreams that these organizations will continue to thrive and improve for as long as they are needed. Lambros currently serves as Secretary on the Camp UOTS Board of Directors.
